These terms apply to your use of this website and to services at Central Beauty Studio by Juliana, a one-person private nail studio inside Lumos Beauty Studio at 325 W Silver Spring Dr, 2nd Floor, Glendale, WI 53217. By booking an appointment or using this site, you agree to them.

Appointments are booked online through Square. The studio is a private, one-client space, so each appointment is one-on-one with Juliana. Please choose the service that best matches what you want, and message Juliana before booking if you are unsure.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows may be subject to fees. See our studio policies for current details. If anything on that page differs from these terms, the studio policies control.

Prices listed on this website are starting points. Nail art, repairs, and removals of product from other salons can add to the total, and the final price is shown when you book. Payments are processed by Square.

Please tell Juliana about any allergies, skin or nail conditions, or medical concerns before your service begins. For your safety and the safety of other clients, Juliana may decline or adjust a service if she believes it is not safe to perform.

If the studio offers gift cards or promotions, they are subject to the terms stated at the time of purchase or in the offer.

This website links to and embeds third-party services such as Square, Google Maps, and Instagram. Those services are run by other companies and have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control. Content on this site is provided for general information and may change at any time.

To the extent permitted by Wisconsin law, Central Beauty Studio by Juliana is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or from services, and any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and the version posted here applies to your visit.
